A. Normally, you only will need shorts and a t-shirt to get started.
Q. What physical shape do I need to be in to start?

Q. Which martial art should I start with?
A. The best way to decide on an art is to come to the facility and observe some of the classes. This will give you a better idea of what each one is all about.
Q. I want to be a fighter/competitor. How long will it be before I can get into the ring/cage?
A. Every person is different. Some people have backgrounds that help them excel in their training, while others are new to the sport/art. All competitors must have instructor permission before competing for Son of Siam. There are no set time limits of when someone will be ready.
Q. Can I test for belts in my chosen art?

A. Siam was the name of Thailand before June 24, 1939 and again from September 8, 1945 to July 20, 1949.
